Summer is a great time to relax and unwind, and where better than an exotic beach to assess how your year is going so far?  Treating yourself to a break from your everyday routine is the perfect way to gain some perspective on life, whether you take the whole family along or head off on holiday with your friends.

Assess your Priorities

Thinking about what you’ve achieved this year so far is recommended by life coach consultants, and it’s a great starting point for working out your goals for the rest of the year.  Nobody is suggesting you need to sit working on the beach, but let your mind drift as you’re sunbathing, and imagine where you see yourself at this time next year.  Think about the things you want to achieve and how you’ll get there.
